Good value with yearly plan

I was looking for an AI chatbot solution that wouldn't break the bank. Knibble offered a 20% discount for annual billing, which was a big selling point for me. The pricing felt fair for what I got, especially compared to some competitors. I'm using the website chatbot, and it's been performing well for the cost. Definitely felt like a smart purchase for my small business.

Smooth experience, decent features

I signed up for the free trial and then decided to go with a paid plan for the automated customer support feature. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I integrated it with my existing help center, and it was fairly simple to get going, though it took a little bit to fine-tune the responses. The quality of the AI's understanding is pretty good, and it handles common queries effectively. I had a minor question about data source integration, and their support team responded within a few hours. Overall, a solid platform that does what it promises.

Pretty neat tool

So I was just messing around with the free tier to see what it could do. Ended up uploading a bunch of my notes for the document chat, and it was actually pretty cool how it could pull out info. It felt pretty natural to use, not super complicated or anything. I might actually use this for my side project. Definitely a thumbs up from me.

Good tool, some minor kinks

I used Knibble to create an internal knowledge search bot for my team. The initial setup was quite intuitive, and uploading our internal documents was simple enough. The AI chatbot performs well most of the time, providing accurate answers to team queries. However, there were a couple of instances where it seemed to struggle with very specific, nuanced questions, requiring a bit more tweaking of the data sources. Delivery of the service itself was instant, being a software. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the Notion integration. Value-wise, it's competitive, but I wish the advanced customization options were a bit more accessible without needing to dive deep into documentation.

I'm interested in getting a Knibble referral code. Anyone have one they can share, or know how I can get one to pass on to others?

R Rahul87 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
Yeah, usually it's tied to your active subscription. You get credit, and the person you refer usually gets a discount on their first month or year.

Exactly.

Nice, so it's a win-win. Gotta sign up first then!

I think you get one once you're a paying customer. Check your account dashboard, it should be under 'Referrals' or 'Invite Friends'.

Oh, makes sense. I'm still on the free trial.

Trying to set up my first Knibble bot as a lead generation tool. What's the best way to integrate it with my CRM?

G Gaurav 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
The API access is your friend here. You'll need to set up webhooks to push the lead data over. Took me a bit to figure out the mapping, but it works really well once it's configured.

R Ravi 1 month ago
Thanks! I'm not super technical, but I'll look into the API docs.
2
S Sonia 1 month ago
For simpler stuff, some CRMs have direct email parsing options where the bot can send an email with the lead info. Not as robust, but might be easier to start.
2
G Gaurav 1 month ago
Yeah, that's what I did initially for testing.

My Knibble subscription renewal price was higher than last year. I thought I had a fixed rate. Anyone else experience this?

A Anjali 1 month ago
Mine went up too, but I was on a monthly plan. Switched to yearly billing for the 20% off and that helped.

P PoojaR 1 month ago
Will check that out, thanks!

Yeah, the annual discount is pretty significant.

K Karan 1 month ago
Did you sign up during an early bird offer or a special promo? Sometimes those rates only last for the first year.

P PoojaR 1 month ago
I think I did get some kind of startup discount. That might be it then.

Finally got around to removing the Knibble branding from my bot. It makes such a difference for a more professional look on my site.

M Manish 3 weeks ago
Yeah, that's one of the best features of the higher tiers. Custom branding is key for a seamless user experience.
1
V Vikram 3 weeks ago
Definitely. It felt a bit off before.
2
M Meera 3 weeks ago
Which plan did you need to get for that? I'm still on the free tier and planning to upgrade soon.
1
V Vikram 3 weeks ago
I think it's available from the Pro plan upwards. Check their pricing page, it's usually listed there.
5
M Manish 3 weeks ago
Yes, Pro plan for sure.

Thinking of moving my website chatbot to Knibble. Currently using Chatbase, but their pricing model is getting a bit much. Anyone made the switch and can compare?

S Sneha22 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
I switched from Chatbase to Knibble a few months ago. Knibble's custom branding options were better for me, and the annual discount made it a no-brainer. Performance is comparable, honestly.

Not really. Both are pretty fast.

I haven't used Chatbase, but Knibble's multilingual support is a big plus for my business. That was a key factor for me.

Does Knibble have a student discount? I'm looking to use it for a personal project but trying to keep costs down.

S Shruti 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
They do offer one! You usually have to verify your student ID. I got it last year for my final year project. Just email their sales team.

I remember seeing something about a student discount or a non-profit discount somewhere on their site. Maybe check their pricing page or contact support?

I've heard of the non-profit one, but not sure about student specific.

Just started using Knibble for my internal knowledge search. So far, it's pretty decent for what I need, but finding the right way to structure my documents took a bit of trial and error.

R RahulK 1 month ago
Yeah, the initial setup can be a bit tricky. What kind of docs are you feeding it?
9
P PriyaS 1 month ago
Mostly PDFs and some Notion pages. The Notion integration is a lifesaver once it's set up right.

D Deepak91 1 month ago
I'm still on the fence about internal knowledge search. Does it really save that much time for your team?
10
P PriyaS 1 month ago
For us, definitely. Cuts down on repetitive questions in Slack.
3
M Meera 1 month ago
Agreed. Saves a ton of 'where can I find X' type questions.

Is my data safe with Knibble AI? I'm uploading some sensitive company documents for the internal search and want to be sure.

K Kunal 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
I've been using it for a while with client data (non-sensitive, of course) and haven't had any issues. For highly sensitive stuff, I'd probably still lean towards self-hosting if that's an option, but for most business needs, it seems secure.
9
S Suresh 3 weeks ago
Thanks Kunal, that's reassuring.
2
P PriyaS 3 weeks ago
Good point about self-hosting for critical stuff.
2

They mention data privacy and security on their site, but it's always good to check their specific policies. I'd imagine they encrypt everything.

Yeah, I saw that. Just looking for real user experiences.
